There are other items exclusively available only for purchase using Fed Credits. That includes cards to change your character’s name, face, and gender, as well as changing your profession.

You can also purchase a Trade Federation Membership, which is like the game’s “premium account”. It has a lot of benefits like increased shipping limit, doubled amount of daily sign-in rewards, reduced Trade City tax, and discounts for other daily offers.
