How to Discard Items?

Discarding items is necessary for managing your inventory and getting rid of infected items, which may prevent you from evacuating from an area. Discarded items are destroyed permanently and there’s no way for you to drop them or give them to other players.

To do this, you have to open your backpack, click Manage, then Clear.

Tap on the checkboxes of the items you wish to discard, then tap Discard. Confirm to complete the action.
