How do you dismantle equipment?

Dismantling equipment allows you to recycle components of an unwanted gear that you have crafted before. This will save you storage space and allow you to recover a portion of the materials used for crafting that equipment. To do this, you’ll need to craft a Repair Bench. This tool is used for repairing your weapon as well.

Once you have the Repair Bench placed in your manor, go to the Dismantle Tab so you can then select the equipment you want to dismantle. The game will display the range of the amount of materials you’ll randomly get. This is influenced by the item’s remaining sturdiness and durability. Dismantling gears is permanent and dismantled equipment will be gone forever.
