How to increase your Cooking Mastery

Whenever you cook a dish, your proficiency for that particular food will increase. Keep cooking the same food and you’ll get better at cooking it, and the resulting food will eventually have faster cooking time, better effects, longer duration, etc. This is applicable whenever you cook, regardless if you're using your home BBQ grill, a portable campfire, or the public campfires/ovens.

There are four levels of cooking mastery: Comprehend, Unfamiliar, Proficient, and Master. Refer to the table below for more details. You can see your proficiency for a particular dish whenever you try cooking a meal.
