Help! I’m stuck!

If you find your character physically unable to move out of a spot due to a clipping glitch or problem, you can do the following steps to get yourself out of this bind.

First, tap on the Settings (gear) icon on the top right of your screen, beside the map.

While viewing your account details (this is the first screen you’ll see), tap on the Solve Jam button. Select “To Start Point” then confirm.

Wait for the “rescue” gauge in the middle-bottom of your screen to fill up and you’ll be taken to the nearest safest area or starting point, depending on the map.
