How to Modify your Drone Parts’ Formula?

To do this, access your Formula Research Station then select Formula Modification. The Drone Bit Formula option will only become available if you have reached Manor LV6 (level where you’ll be able to build your own drone).

Select Drone Bit Formula Mod, tap the formula you want to modify then press “Select”

In the following screen, the current stats of the formula will be displayed as well as the necessary item to modify it. Unlike Gear Modification, drone bit mod doesn’t use R&D Data. Instead, they use unique items depending on the part you’re modifying.

* Chip Photoetching Pen: For modifying drone chips

* Module Etchant: For modifying drone engines, navigator, energy core, and framework.

These consumables can be bought from the Mall using Fed Credits, or from the Caravan Market of any ongoing event. You can only buy them in limited amounts per day.

Once you have the consumables, proceed with the modification. When you’re satisfied with the changes, press “Confirm”. These changes will take effect the next time you craft that drone bit. If you’re not happy with the modified values, press the back button in the lower left corner to retain the original formula. Used mod consumables will not be refunded.
