Where do I get Chip Photoetching Pen and Module Etchant?

These two items are consumables used for Drone Bit Formula Mod attempts(modifying drone bit chip and other parts).

There are two sources where you can get them:

* Straight from the in-game mall. Purchase with Fed Credits

* From the event caravan market, purchase using the event-exclusive currency.

If there’s a sale, you can find a Basic Drone or Advanced Drone packs. However, what you’ll get from the box will be random, as indicated in the description.
