Recipes List

Added:
Lets take a look at a load of LifeAfter recipes. Starting with with some really basic ones, and then going to some that need items that you need to cook first - like flour.

All recipes have some kind of purpose, whether that be increasing your HP, fullness, critical chance, movement speed or some other temporary perk/buff.

Although you can consume a lot of the ingredients such as berries as you find them, usually you'll get more benefit from the ingredients if you take the time to include them in some kind of recipe in LifeAfter.

Watch out for eating muchrooms raw... eaten uncooked they will increase your fullness, but also decrease your health regeneration!
