Lets take a look at a load of LifeAfter recipes. Starting with with some really basic ones, and then going to some that need items that you need to cook first - like flour.

All recipes have some kind of purpose, whether that be increasing your HP, fullness, critical chance, movement speed or some other temporary perk/buff.

Although you can consume a lot of the ingredients such as berries as you find them, usually you'll get more benefit from the ingredients if you take the time to include them in some kind of recipe in LifeAfter.

Watch out for eating muchrooms raw... eaten uncooked they will increase your fullness, but also decrease your health regeneration!

Some recipes can only cooked in certain places, these are noted in the recipes below, such as BBQ Grill, bonfire etc...

Rib Meat

Can't eat this raw it has to be cooked. Just cook it to able to consume it as Grilled Meat.

HP Regeneration

Wheat

Again you'll have to do something with it before you can consume it. In this case use the Farm Good Maker to turn it into Flour.

Once you have the cooked the wheat it will turn into crude flour which you can eat to recover a large amount of hunger.

Or you can collect 4 crude flours, cook them together on a grill, bonfire or fireplace and you'll get toast which has a good fullness regeneration stat.
