Alchemy Guardians Cheats and Tips
Welcome to our tips for Alchemy Guardians, the western fantasy idle SRPG from F5 Game and R2Games. You collect a team of Greek-mythology heroes, send them into battles that play out on their own, and grow stronger across story stages, dungeons and the arena.
The combat runs itself, so the game is easy to start. The real decisions come before the fight: who you bring, how their elements line up, where your resources go. The opening hours unlock each system one at a time, so don't worry that a lot is locked early. The tips below are for once it all opens up.
Match elements to hit harder
Before a tough fight, check the enemy team's elements and bring heroes that counter them. The eight elements are Ancient, Dragon, Fire, Water, Wind, Ice, Thunder and Normal, and the right counter deals up to 200% damage. Re-check your line-up before every boss.
Cover the basic roles
Don't run a team of all attackers. Put a tough hero up front to soak hits, your damage dealers behind, and a support in to heal. Build to that shape first, before you start chasing any single strong hero.
Collect your idle rewards
Log in often and collect your idle earnings — resources, hero experience and loot build up while the game is closed. Pour them straight into your core team each time. Don't leave a session's worth sitting uncollected.
Pour resources into a core team
Pick a handful of heroes and level only those at first, with a spread of roles and elements between them. Spreading materials across everyone you pull is a slow road to nowhere. Leave the rest on the bench and rotate a specialist in when a fight calls for one.
Keep advancing the campaign
When you're unsure what to do next, push the campaign one more stage. Clearing story stages and dungeons drops the materials and gear you need and opens up the next systems. Make it your first stop in any session.
Don't neglect your gear
When a stage walls you, open the gear screen before you grind more hero levels. Upgrade or swap the equipment on your core team — a better weapon can clear a fight that more levels can't.
Take your team to the Arena
Once your core team is set, take it into the PvP Arena for extra rewards. Elements count for even more here than against the campaign's monsters, so scout the team you're facing and counter-pick before you commit.
Join a guild early
Join a guild as soon as the option unlocks, then open the guild tab every day. Raids and group events there hand out rewards you can't earn solo, and they're easy to forget once you've joined.
Spend time with your companions
Once the companion system opens, give it some time. You bond with companions through chats, gifts and dates, dress them up, and unlock their own story scenes. Bring gifts whenever you have spare ones — that's the main way to deepen a bond.
Redeem gift codes for a head start
Redeem gift codes for free summon tickets, gold and gems. Tap your avatar in the top-left corner, open Profile, press Gift Code, enter the code and hit Exchange. New codes go out on the official R2Games Discord, YouTube and Facebook.
Good luck out there
Lean on your element counters, keep one strong team rather than ten half-built ones, and let the idle rewards stack up while you're away. Stuck on a stage, or unsure which hero to build next? Head to the Alchemy Guardians Answers Page and ask there.

What are the elements in the game?
There are eight: Ancient, Dragon, Fire, Water, Wind, Ice, Thunder and Normal. Each counters others, and a good match can deal up to 200% damage.
Battles are automated turn-based fights, so your team acts on its own once a stage begins. Your job is the set-up: which heroes go in, their roles, and how their elements match the enemy.
Companions are characters you bond with outside of battle, through chats, gifts and dates. You can change their outfits and unlock their own story events.
