I'm unable to upgrade my backpack to level to due to I don't have the drone supply from farstar. I've actually completed the mission n I have claim the reward, but I'm not sure one of the reward (in yellow symbol) is not there

No, its not a drone your made it, means after you collect 3 twigs, you have to wait a helicopter, besides helicopter you'll see a small drone, put in there and flee. The helicopter u can see a green sign (like plane symbol, almost but could it be) in map. That 'helicopter' landing each 5 minutes i guess.. its better wait behind the bush if u dont want to be killed..
