You can also get claws sometimes to kill infected and animals in fall forest or clear wheat field sometimes !

Claw is a little simpler to get as you just need to kill animals or zombies in either Sandcastle or Charles Town, however it's not always so easy to do as they will be quite a high level. To make things easier you can try to make the kill with a member of your camp or an in-game friend.
