You can only move the furniture in the game. Its doesn't let you move parts of the building.

Go to controller in your house
Then go to nurse house and click on mould house
It will cost you 3000 new dollar
After that for 9 hours you can easily modify your house, including to store your wall, stairs, , door, etc
