I found her at bureau next to quest board. there is rachel and another guy there.

Yep, Rachel is there but she only talks about Sakura

I'm facing the same problem. I need to learn about caravan quest from Rachel. But she only talks about sakura... What to do.. somebody please help us..

Yo la encontre entre la multitud de la ciudad, y me muestra el lugar las personajes etc, y luego me da como mision crear mi casa

Still couldn't find her at commerce beaureu

At the beg. I go to rachel and tell me to meet her at the fountain then i go their and i dont find her what shall i doo after that

I faced the same problem... She was just standing there at commenrce beaureu after telling me to meet her at the fountain.. I couldn't continue to join any quest or groups because of that problem... Do you guys thinks its some kind of bugs or glitches??
