Need to do final plans at City Exploration page? It shows at Hope 101, but under the Exploration area I have completed everything there. I don’t understand what or where to go to do this task.

Go to the place where you found the quest and tap on the 3/3 final and there it is

Go to the training event and find urbex page. Click where it says 3/3 plan
