What items can be sold for new money? Like blood but what else?

Some of the drops by enemies inside your camp like wolves, homeless villagers, bears, etc can be sold at varying prices.

1. Fish (only green and blue) 0 0 REPORT
2. Flesh/ Beef (only green and blue)
3. Coarse and fine flour
4. Honey, Milk
5. Infected blood
6. Fertilizer (only the green one! -> get it by opening boxes; all maps)
7. Drilling machine oil (get it by opening boxes; all maps// but better sell it on TV for Gold)
7. "Camp objects", which you get by hunting infected people and animals in the camp.
