Can I reuse mods that I make for my guns and armor? If my gun breaks for example do i lose the mod?

You can remove them and put them on a different gun.

The mods you made are permanent and you can re-apply them to another gun. However, you'll still need to spend the materials needed like reagents, crystals, films, and components.
