The resources you need to craft a repair bench are 600 wood and 4 iron ore.
If you have these you can go to the town hall and enter the furniture shop. Interact with the furniture maker object and choose craft. Select the repair bench from the list to craft it. It takes 10 minutes.
The bench will be sent to the mailbox, at the dev zone. Claim it and then find it in the build menu under furniture when you want to build it.
