How to travel to level 1 farstar city?

You can't travel back to lvl 1 farstar, you must be at combat 1 - 9 to travel back to farstar lvl 1

Farstar levels determine your craft, combat and gathering skill lvl

so if you are on lvl 40 - 49 then you are on farstar lvl 4
