How to transfer use furniture to my cohab?

Furniture can be transferred to your cohab only by going to your cohabs manor which needs to be next to yours and simply placing your furniture of choice on his or her land. Note: This is will only work when living near one another on the same island in the same camp.

Example, if Jade lives on Golden Jungle manor 3 then her cohab Luminz needs to live on Golden Jungle manor 2 or 4. This is so items are within reach.
