No you don't. Your wallpaper is permanent unless you destroy the wall or apply another wallpaper to it.

How do I place wallpaper on wall when the wall is too high out of reach.. It's the outside wall. 0 0 REPORT

From inside your manor, in build mode, reverse the wall so the outside is now inside. Wallpaper it, then turn it around again so the outside is back outside.If you are still looking for help with this game we have more questions and answers for you to check.
