Frankly, I loved playing this game when I first started. There were plenty of rewards, both free and paid, and the progression felt exciting and rewarding.

However, once you reach City Hall 25 and enter KvK, the experience changes completely. The game never really teaches players how to grow their Kill Points (KP). Instead, it constantly encourages you to increase your power through upgrades, research, troop training, and spending. Naturally, players focus on power because that's what the game rewards.

Then suddenly, kingdom leadership starts judging you based on KP. Some kings and officers will threaten to zero your city, burn you, or force you to leave the kingdom because your KP doesn't meet their expectations. Instead of enjoying the game, you begin to feel anxious and stressed every time you log in.

In the end, Lilith risks losing paying customers like me. I've spent a significant amount of money on this game, only to end up feeling worried and pressured rather than entertained. A game is supposed to be enjoyable, not a source of anxiety. At this point, I feel like quitting and freeing my mind from the stress altogether.

It's an alright RTS game but the P2W aspect sadly ruins it.

Too much pay to win and the resources are very expensive. Be ready to pay tens of thousands of dollars if you even wanna have a chance of being halfway decent. Free to play players usually get kicked from alliances because they don't level up fast enough. I would be OK with paying for resources, but once you level up high enough the cost does not the reward not even close.

Rise of kingdoms is a great game but unfortunately there are a lot of greedy players. You will need a trustworthy alliance to protect you. Otherwise, do not play the game.

Okay other than always getting wiped out by slightly higher players and above, seems harsh

Another Pay to win game among many other similar games. P2W games are swarming in the mobile platform, at least Rise of kingdoms work a little on the gameplay and aspects to get the Kaching. It's good overall for a mobile game, Still, won't be much fun when someone keeps losing to the "superior force" due to lack of oiling the top-up machine. Best of luck.
