Game of Power is a time-limited special event which occurs on Rise of Civilizations from time to time. You unlock some pretty decent rewards by accumulating more power in your City in the set time period.
You gain more power by training more troops, researching items, and completing building upgrades. You can check the power that each building upgrade or research upgrade gives you when you make the upgrade selection.
Check the current rewards list each time this event appears as the exact specifications may change from time to time.
It may well be worth using speed ups and extra resources to try to reach the stage you are aiming for as the rewards really are useful.
