Answer is NO, You won't lose any dead troops, unless if your hospital is full. You only lose troops by full hospital, city attacks, and alliance's flag attack.

You will have A TON of dead troops.

Depends on hospital capacity, it isn't exactly that you attack it and lose but wounded troops only. 1 0 REPORT
