Alliance tab > Alliance Settings > Delete Alliance. You will need to wait 24 hours before you can leave your alliance and successfully delete your alliance. They did this to counter people who try to get leadership and delete the hard worked unto alliance.

Saya membuat aliansi tapi tidak ada member yg gabung dan niat mau hapus aliansi, setelah ketik HAPUS tombol bubarkan tdk menyala dgn arti g bs dihapus, gimana caranya bang sy jdi terkurung sendiri dan tdk bs gabung aliansi lain

When all members have left the alliance it will automatically delete.
