How can I know my total dead troops?

If you tap your avatar in the top left, then tap More Info, you will see loads of stats about your City, one of those stats is the 'Dead' this is found in the Battle Statistics section.

You get dead troops by being in a building or City when it is attacked or when your hospital is full and get more wounded troops.
