My phone crashed, received a new phone, but it says my FB or Google account is neither of the 2 to continue playing, I'm level 24 and not sure what I'm suppose to do now, my player name is RENSHI..any help would be welcome

If your old and new phone is not in the same system, it will not recognise and link. Meaning,if your old phone is an iOS (Apple) and new is Android, or vice versa, it will not link and you will lose the account in the old phone... unless you have the same system again...

It happened to me.
