I meet all the immigration requirements but when I press yes to move a banner comes up with this kingdom..

I meet all the immigration requirements but when I press yes to move a banner comes up with this kingdom is to young... it's unsealed and others have immigrated I'm coming from 1264 trying to enter 1385..... am I trying to go to far forward from a kingdom 180d to 70d ?

You don't meet the requirements. Kingdom 1385 is still young for immigration. You need to wait until it reaches the developed stage at the mark of 90 days.

On a second note, currently the kingdom has a power limit of 25m. If your power is higher than that, you will also not meet the requirements even after the 90 days.

Does it really need to be 90 days what if my kingdom is 1345 for example and I want to migrate to 1390 can I migrate if 1390 is 90 days old or I can't because my kingdom now is older

I think you would be able to migrate to any Kingdom over 90 days old (in developed stage).

If you meet all requirements then you can migrate when a kingdom is between 90 and 120 days old. In most kingdoms a King can also set a maximum power for migrating, mostly 25m
