Immigration to a new 6 days old kingdom, does it have to be 90days old to immigrate?

Immigration to a new 6 days old kingdom, does it have to be 90days old to immigrate? Even if all the requirement are met?

Your kingdom has to be younger than the kingdom you want to immigrate to. In your case, the kingdom you want to immigrate is 6 days older, you can only immigrate to it if you come from a 5 days older or even younger kingdom.

Can I move to a new kingdom when it's nascent stage while I m City Hall 17
