There are a number of ways to get honor points in Rise of Kingdoms, we have an article about it here in our guide: https://www.appgamer.com/rise-of-kingdoms/strategy-guide/honor-roll
Basically the best method is to kill groups of level 36 or higher barbarians, and try to occupy altars and ruins with your alliance.
