I recently transported to a new kingdom to be part of an alliance that my friends are in. Ever since I arrived there I have not been able to fight barbarians because I am only able to fight level 16 max and the lowest level I can search in the area is 25. What can I do to be able to start fighting barbarians again?

have you tried using a lot of commanders and armies at the same time to defeat these barbarians? Otherwise you'll have to just tag along with a stronger player and help defeat barbarians that they are already fighting. You'll both get the rewards though so it's all good.

Likewise if you send out 5 sets of troops to defeat one barbarian - you'll get the 5 sets of rewards as long they are all engaged in battle at the end.

Also you are probably in the lost kingdom, where the lowest lvl barbarians are lvl25.

How do you know which kingdom you can teleport to

Use the search option. If you are in the lost kingdom you will need to leave their and return to your kingdom to be able to beat the lower level barbarians once you defeat level 25 you can return to lost kingdom and take on the stronger barbarians. Unfortunately its the way it was made that lost kingdom has stronger barbarians and forts.
