If I have the 100% hospital buff from Lost Kingdom and migrate to another continent with my hospitals..

If I have the 100% hospital buff from Lost Kingdom and migrate to another continent with my hospitals full, will my troops in the hospital die after migrating and loosing the buff?

They do not "die" but your hospital is filled with excess troops. Any new severely injured will die so be sure to heal all troops before fighting barbarians, killing farmers, etc.

Your troops will die when the LK buff is lost upon leaving LK.
