What is War Frenzy?

War Frenzy is activated when you scout or attack another player, resource points, wild troops, passes, holy sites or alliance buildings.

War Frenzy basically increases troop attack by 3%, but you will be unable to use Peace Shield for a period of time, depending on the level of your City Hall after War Frenzy starts.

The period of time ranges from 60 seconds for City Hall level 10 through to 15 minutes for City Hall level 25.

War Frenzy is only available to Governors with a Level 10 or above City Hall.
