Tap your current profile icon then on the top left of the governor profile screen you should see a blue picture icon, tap that, then tap one of the plus icons, then you'll have the choice to either upload an image from your album or use your camera.

I believe there is a max size. But there's a way around it. If you take a screenshot of your photo you're trying to upload then it would work as an avatar no problem. I know it's weird but it worked for me. Hope it helps :)Add your answer
