Tap your current profile icon then on the top left of the governor profile screen you should see a blue picture icon, tap that, then tap one of the plus icons, then you'll have the choice to either upload an image from your album or use your camera.

Only my image that I created cannot be uploaded. Is there a max size of picture min. please tell me

I believe there is a max size. But there's a way around it. If you take a screenshot of your photo you're trying to upload then it would work as an avatar no problem. I know it's weird but it worked for me. Hope it helps :)
