UTC Time is the default time used in Rise of Kingdoms, use Google to see what UTC Time is for you currently and then you'll find out the time difference between UTC and your own time zone.

(Universal coordinated Time or GMT).Standard Time followed in Greenwich,London on the basis of which standard Time in every country is calculated.In other words RoK is using a standard time which the players can compare the local time in which they play for all.Eg. if I live in UK if the time is 00:00 hours UTC then for a person living in in india where local time is UTC +5.5 hours ....I.e. it will be morning 05:00 hours
