Need help to activate a quest

Hi guys. I have finished chapter 2 act 1 and wanted to play chapter 2 act 2. When I want to do the quest amidst a stormy judgement it says I need to complete the ayaka and the fireworks girl quest. I looked up how to do these quests but I just can't seem to get the ayaka and fireworks girl quest to activate and I don't know what I am doing wrong. If anybody knows how to help me with this I would be gratefull because I am searching for an answer for days now?
