Ok, so I have a ps account on this game but I didn’t receive any of the exclusive ps rewards but..

Ok, so I have a ps account on this game but I didn’t receive any of the exclusive ps rewards but when I made another account I got them, what could the issue be?

As far as we know, all new Genshin Impact accounts on the PS4 will automatically get the PS4 Exclusive items via their mail. Try to contact Mihoyo support for better assistance.
