I have all characters except chongyun already but idk whether I should ningguang c1 because I heard..

I have all characters except chongyun already but idk whether I should ningguang c1 because I heard she was really good with her aoe damage but she needs to be more endgame to do proper damage while chongyun is also a good dps so I am at a loss on which to pick. I am thinking of wishing a bit on the keqing banner to see if I get c1 ningguang there then I can get chongyun but idk so what do you guys think?

I think it'd be best to get chongyun, so you have a wider variety of characters. Plus then if you get another of either character it'll be c1! 😃.
