I cannot add friends on ps4, and by friends(strangers) I mean players who I'm playing with in co-op?

To add other PS4 players as friends in-game, they'll need to be added in your PSN friends list first. When you log in to Genshin Impact next time, they'll be automatically listed as your friends. For non-PS4 users, you'll need to add their UID manually.
