Echo Bay Murders - Chapter 6

The Echo Bay Murders is an escape puzzle game from Haiku Games, playable through their Adventure Escape Mysteries app.

This is our full walkthrough of Chapter 6 of The Echo Bay Murders. In chapter 5 you found the evidence to get a search warrant for Lepat Fishing.

You find yourself speaking to Benjamin Lee but it is not the right man. Our suspect is now Luca Patel. You start to search the area.

Star: On the buoy on the left

Collect a torn note from the dock on the right. Then tap the large boat to go inside.

Star: on the center porthole

Open the three blue drawers to find another torn note, binoculars and a knife.

Use the knife on the net on the right then open the toolbox and collect a hammer and chisel.

Use the hammer and chisel on the upright barrel to open it. Collect a key from inside.

Now tap the rug on the floor to move it and find a trapdoor.

Use the key to unlock this and collect another torn note and a Hook.

Add the hook on the pole hanging on the wall. You will collect a logging hook.

Now exit back to the dock and you can use the logging hook to collect the floating barrel.

Again use the hammer and chisel to open it and you will get another torn note.

You now have a complete note that you can view.

This is part of a clue.

Now we need an order for the numbers.

Hint: Look around the scene and use the binoculars to view the light house in the distance. Count the matching objects that you see.

Go back inside the boat and tap to view the screen on the left of the console.

You can now collect the garage remote from the drawer that opens.

Exit the boat and use the garage remote on the large garage door to open it.

Collect the satellite dish.

Place this on top of the boat.

Enter the boat and view the screen on the right of the console.

Press the SCAN button to start a new puzzle.

Hint: The numbers tell you how many green squares it is on or next to. Set the others to red.

Add one more green bottom right.

Exit the boat and view the conversations until the boat is gone. You are now going to try to get into the office.

Collect the crowbar and the ladder from the left.

Place the ladder in front of the garage door and then use the crowbar on the window above to open it.

Enter the office

Star: on the top painting on the wall

Open the doors on the white shelf unit and collect a journal page.

Tap to view book on the shelf above and collect a key.

Move the chair away from the desk to find and collect a Step stool.

Then open the second drawer on the left of the desk to get a cork screw.

Now place the stool next to the white shelf unit and then use the corkscrew on the large bottle on the top.

Collect another journal page.

Open the drawers on the right and collect another journal page.

Then tap the large painting on the right to move it and find a fourth journal page.

Use the key on the bottom drawer on the left of the desk to open it and find a journal. This adds to your evidence.

Then add the 4 journal pages to it. You can view the 4 pages for a clue.

Hint: Look for differences.

View the computer and use the code to unlock it.

Read the emails and then use the other option to open an access panel.

This reveal a wall safe.

Hint: there are 4 steps shown be the 4 lights, notice that the squares around them get bigger.

Collect the crane key.

Exit through the window back to the dock and then use the key on the crane to start a puzzle

You need to reach the green crate by moving the others out of the way. This involves moving all the other crates to the left side to make room.

Once done you will look inside.
