It means you get a temporary speed boost after killing 200 monsters.

It depends on which item it is used on. It increases ATK by 20% after a elite or boss is killed. The boost is permanent until your hero takes damage

I don’t think this is true. That’s exactly what inspire is, not force march. bc I have the excellent grade army boots that allow me to gain inspire, which does exactly what you described. So I’m also wondering what force march is exactly. Bc I also have the excellent grade “highboots” and it says I’d gain “forced march for 5s (+30% movement speed. Can’t stack) for every 200 monsters killed. Idk wtf this means. I just want to know which boot has better benefits.
