Chapter 10 - Country Road

Chapter 10 goes back to being an up-down scroll level, the same tactics as in previous levels apply.

1. Keep moving when you have to, else stay still and close to boosts (meat, bomb or magnet) and grab them when necessary

2. Get your favored skills when offered

3. Try to max your weapon skill as soon as possible. In this level we went with the baseball bat.

4. Get matching supply skills to allow you to take your weapon skills to evolution level. If you don't know what these are, then check our Evolution Skills guide.

You may not get your preferred loadout, so work out what is the best mix based on what you have offered. The shield generator, for me, is still essential, and I'll probably quit the level if I don't get it.

As you can see from the gameplay screenshot our loadout worked well at defeating the mobs quite easily. Although much of this is also to do with our equipment levels too!

These supply skills match the weapon skills to allow them to reach evolution level, with the exception of the Hi Power Bullet, because we only needed 5 supply skills for the 6 weapons in this case (the laser and lightning share the same supply skill), and we had a spare slot.

Chapter 10 Playthrough

Boss 1 Spiritbloom

Not too challenging, here is the loadout I had at the point of facing the boss. The laser and lightning seemed to do the most damage, just a matter of staying away from it's shots. Was able to get close sometimes and the baseball bat at level 5 did well. Having a piece of meat closeby does help if you get into trouble though.

Boss 2 Spirit Queen

A lot tougher, don't get close or you'll be destroyed in a couple of seconds, stay away and keep moving

Boss 3 Director

The final boss of the stage is always the toughest but by this time you shoulf more or less have all of your skills evolved. Syay away, his phones do massive damage. Keep moving around the perimeter of the boss zone.
