What does the oil bond do?

The oil bond will effectively give you some bonus gold based on how much you are collecting during gameplay. It's not that great on it's own, but it is the thing that you need to get in order to upgrade Molotov to Scorched Earth Policy.

So if you like Molotov, then be sure to grab the oil bond in order to make the evolution to Scorched Earth.
