How to defeat dog boss (2nd of level 7, minute 10)?

Have not fought this boss myself, but a general rule for bosses is: if you can't beat them, either upgrade your gear or get better single-target DPS weapons, such as the thunderbolt power cell or the whistling arrow.

well it honestly really depends on your weapons, armor, ammo, etc if you have something like maxed force field or maxed spinner you should be good to go, just need to dodge, make sure to keep your kunai handy as you can better dodge that way.

I think having the Kunai in your weapons is about the most important thing to bear in mind. That is really great at targeting bosses.

Also having the guardian and forcefield is super helpful.
