You'll have to contact support then; perhaps they can move you to chapter 2.

That happened to me just do it again do the same thing 0 0 REPORT

You could try deleting your game (or at least force stop it) and reinstalling it if you don't mind restarting. You haven't gotten very far anyways.

I'd jut goto settings andd click the fix bugs button and then let it restart and then hopefuly ez fix.
