What is the Training Room in Arknights? This facility lets you upgrade skills of your characters past level 7. In order for you to maximize your character, you need to upgrade this room to provide your operators with stronger Skills

Skill Improvement

Once you have upgraded a specific skill of an Operator to level 7, you can enhance it further by letting them train with a coordinator in the training room. Enhancing these skills will improve their effects. Assign an Operator as Trainees and Collaborators in order to reduce the training time. To start training, you'll need to do the following:

1. Choose an Operator that has a skill level of 7.

2. Choose a trainer.

3. Choose a collaborator.

4. Choose the skills you wish to enhance.

You can enhance up to a total of 3 skills. If your Operator's promotion is maxed, they can have up to 3 skills that can be maximized.

Training Room Upgrade

Once you upgrade your Training Room, you'll get access higher levels for skill enhancement. You can upgrade your Training Room as long as your Control Center is upgraded.
