Support Tier List

What are the best Support Operators in Arknights? In this game, there are two classes which excel in support. There are Medic units that focus primarily on healing, providing buffs to allies or debuffs to enemies. The other is the Supporter which are capable of attacking, healing, and providing buffs.

In this tier list, we cover those units in the support category. Take note that Tier Lists are subjective and they are only meant as guidelines for making your team. This list provides no particular order, but it lists what we think of the best units for this category as of Jan 27, 2020.

Shining

Shining is a Medic unit that excels in providing healing properties for her allies. She has moderate HP and Attack, but her defenses are low. Thanks to her talents, she can increase the DEF and ASPD of her allies so use her near defending operators. When she uses her skill, she can heal her allies more thanks to her increased ASPD. She’s best suited near allies with one of the best defenses.

Nightingale

Nightingale has moderate HP and Def, she’s a medic that’s focused on healing which can be turned to an AoE effect later on. With her talents, she can increase the RES of allies therefore it’s good versus enemies who deal this type of damage. She can also summon a phantom that distracts enemies. Her skill increases her atk which in turn increases her healing power.

Angelina

Angelina is a supporter that’s capable of dealing damage as well. However, her defenses are not the best so you need to keep her away from damage. Her talent aids her allies by increasing their attack speed. She can also restore HP of her allies over time. When you use her skill, she can gain increased attack therefore she can help take out enemies.

Ptilopsis

Ptilopsis is a Medic that has moderate hp, but has low defense. She’s able to help her allies however by greatly increasing their skill point recovery, so it’s good to use her with operators that have great skills. By using her own skill, she can get increased attack power which helps her healing. Use her near defenders that have good skill usage.

Silence

Silence is a Medic with high hp, and high ATK which aids in healing. Her specialty is increasing the ASPD of all medic operators as long as she’s deployed, therefore she helps in healing speed. Her skill enables her to have increased atk which powers up healing as well. Use her if you have other medic operators on the field that support other units.

Warfarin

Warfarin is a Medic with moderate HP and ATK, but her defense is quite low. She excels with her talent by restoring skill points to her and a random ally whenever an enemy is defeated, this makes her great with offensive operators or defensive ones that are capable of killing enemies fast. Once she uses her skill, her net heal provides a higher amount.

Pramanix

Pramanix is able to support with her moderate HP, ATK, and Def. She’s capable of making enemies within her range fragile, which lets them take more damage if their HP reaches 40% and below. She also has the talent to enable her to attack two enemies at the same time. Her skill deals damage as well as targeting 2 enemies as well.

Mayer

Mayer is a supporter unit with decent ATK, but she’s low on the defensive side. Her specialty is summoning robotters, which reduce the enemies speed if they are targeted. With her skill, she can increase the Physical and Arts Dodge of her robotters which provide good distraction for the enemies.

Sora

Sora is a supporter unit with healing capabilities. She has moderate HP and ATK but her Def is balanced. Her talents enable her to restore skill points by chance, based on a percentage of her max skill points. She has a trait that doesn’t let her attack but instead continuously restore HP of her allies within her range. Once she uses her skills, she gets expanded range. Enemies will then be put to sleep (Stun and Invincible) and her feature is increased by 45%.
