How to level up operators

How do you level up Operators in Arknights? This is a different section that your own level as the Doctor. Each Operator in the game have their own individual stats and this includes their level. In order to check each of your characters, you need to check the Operator Management section.

Once you check an Operator's information, you should see an area on the upper right-hand side of their stats, there you should be able to see their level.

You can press the + icon in order for you to level up your character. You can use Battle Records in order to increase their level by spending those and LMD which is the basic currency of the game. You can obtain Battle Records from events, completing episodes in the main story, or gathering them from the supplies section of combat.
