In order to progress and get stronger, you’ll need to have good heroes on your team. Not only must you locate their fragments in order to add them to your party, but you also need to level them up as well in order to increase their power. One of the first facilities that you’ll be able to unlock is the Hero Precinct. From there, you’ll know its basic features, but there’s actually more to this building.

In our Hero Precinct guide, we’ll discuss the different features that you can use and unlock. This building doesn’t just determine the max level of your heroes, but you’ll be able to access some game modes here later on as well. So, let’s started with the guide in order for you to find out what you’ll be able to experience.

Hero Precinct Primary Functions

When starting out, you’ll know that the Hero Precinct is a facility that you will need to locate heroes using the Hero Search function This feature lets you search for rewards, and hero fragments can be one of them. You’ll get access to Advanced Search, as well as Epic Search. As the name implies, the rarity of the hero fragment you’ll get is based on these two.

In order to conduct searches, you’ll need to use an Advance Search Map, and Epic Search Map. You’ll get free Daily searches each day, while a free epic search is provided every couple of days. Playing through the game’s story and other modes can provide you with search maps. If you run out, you can also use Biocaps to get them.

Searching heroes not only can provide hero fragments, but you’ll be able to get combat exp manuals, skill books, as well as hero badges. All of these are needed in order to strengthen and improve your hero. You can check more details in our State of Survival Heroes Guide.

Aside from the Hero Search feature, the Hero Precinct determines the maximum level that your heroes can reach. Once they have reached the cap, you will need to upgrade this facility to the next level. Their maximum rank level is also based on your current hero precinct’s level which is why upgrading this facility is important. As much as possible, you’ll want this to be the same level as your HQ’s current level.

Explorer Trail

You might notice that the Hero Precinct also has an “Explore” feature, you might be wondering what this is. In State of Survival, the Explorer Trail is a campaign mode that lets you learn more about the game’s story. The stages that you can select will be based on your current precinct’s level as well.

You’ll get access to twelve trails total, and each trail will provide a part of the story of the game. Each trail has different stages, and the difficulties can range depending on your current battle power. When playing through this game, you’ll have to send out three heroes (Brawler, Marksman, and Scout). This mode lets you go through different stages and defeat waves of monsters while you control your heroes.

The Explorer Trail uses Squad Stamina, which can be soon on the bar on the upper right. One of the main purposes of the explorer trails are for you to have a different gameplay experience aside from the usual one you find in the wilderness. Here you can choose the stage that you want depending on how much you have finished. Here’s a list of possible rewards that you can get from the Explorer Trail (some are first time rewards only):

  • Hero Badges

  • Skill Books

  • Resources

  • Hero Fragments

    [l] EXP/Combat Manuals

  • Hero Gear Parts

Checking the stages, you finished will let you farm areas if you decide to do so. You can also play this game mode on Auto, and speed up the gameplay by x3. During the trail, you’ll gather resources on the boxes, and then fight waves of enemies as well as the final boss.

  • Hero Training Area

This is a feature that can only be unlocked once you upgrade your Hero Precinct to level 15. This provides you with the level share function so that you can provide the power boosts for your lower leveled heroes. Take note that this feature may only appear on newer stats. So, what can level share do?

In the Hero Training area, your top 3 ranked heroes will be automatically assigned as the instructors. They will be able to share their current level to heroes that are placed on the training slots. The level will be based on the instructor of the lowest level. For example, if you have instructors are level 40, 40, and 39, then the level chosen will be 39.

The level that they gain will automatically update based on your instructors. This way, you can focus on leveling those three only and leave the rest in the training area. Take note that if you remove a hero from the training area, they will go back to their original level. This feature won’t level them up normally where you gain exp and permanent levels.

A level reset feature is also added here, where you can gain back the exp of a hero that you leveled up. In return, you’ll gain the exp back as combat manuals. Upgrading the Hero Precinct will provide you with more slots at the training area. Thanks to this, you can focus on providing your combat EXP manuals to your main 3 highest ranked heroes. After all, it would be hard to level up all of your heroes since you won’t have enough combat manuals around.
