If you’re in a world that’s plagued by Zombies, the world is in a state of chaos and you’ll find that money will be of no worth any longer. So, what is the very thing that’s important in a world like this? If you want to survive, you’re going to need the necessities in order to develop. In State of Survival, you’ll gain access to four types of resources that are needed for progress.

Food, Wood, Metal, and Gas are the basics required in order to develop in the game. They are required for upgrading your facilities, and they are needed as well for the different functions of each facility may have. Without these resources, you won’t be able to use them so having them stocked is a must. Here we’ll discuss the different economic facilities that you can place in your settlement.

Building your Economic Facilities

When starting the game, you’ll be familiar with your farm since this provides food. In State of Survival, food is shown as tomatoes here that you can acquire. Part of the prologue will demonstrate you how to use the game’s feature by using the build mode using the icon on the right. There are different things you can build, but in this section, we’ll discuss about the economic facilities. The name of the facilities that you can build are as follows:

  • Farm: Used to produce food

  • Lumberyard: Used to produce wood

  • Furnace: Used to produce metal

  • Gas Tank: Used to collect gas

When starting, you have access to the Farm and then soon after you’ll get the Lumberyard. The Furnace as well as the Gas Tank can only be acquired at later levels depending on your HQ’s current level. Once you reach level 15, you’ll be able to unlock the last one which is the Gas Tank so this can take some time since upgrading the HQ from 12 onward can require a lot of items.

  • Economic Facility Functions

As stated in the descriptions above, the economic facilities provide you with resource production. It’s important to have them in order for you to continue progressing with your settlement because they are primarily used for upgrades, as well as training your troops. The facilities that produce the resources need collection, and you’ll find them as huge icons floating on top. Once you have pressed them, you’ll be able to collect the resources.

Increased production is also possible, if you use the labor boost function and trade in some biocaps. However, there are a lot of other ways to get resources, you can save your biocaps for something else instead. Think of the resources that you get from these facilities as bonuses instead since they provide you with steady items even if you’re not doing anything.

    Economic Facility Upgrades

The amount of resources these facilities make are quite rather small compared to getting resources from the wilderness. Resources are provided as well as rewards in the game through completing the story, as well as defeating battles. So, you might be wondering if these economic facilities are worth it or not?

All facilities in the game affect your current battle power as the chief. Not only do these facilities provide food, wood, metal, and gas, but they increase your battle power based on their total upgrade level. All economic facilities follow the same upgrade bonuses, so you can refer to the table below to see about their ugprades:

    Warehouse Facility and Upgrades

Assuming that you have fully expanded your settlement already, you should have the Warehouse as one of the first facilities that you’ll unlock. The primary function of the warehouse is to store all of your resources. Any excess cannot exceed the limit based on the warehouse’s current level. This is why your resource rewards aren’t added to the resource count immediately, they are placed in your backpack for your use when needed.

Another key factor to this facility is that it protects your resources from looting whenever an enemy has breached your settlement. As you upgrade the warehouse, you’ll get an increased limit to how much resources you can have that you’re holding in your settlement, as well as the protected amount. This is important because as you progress in the game and get through higher leveled facilities, they’ll be using more resources. Having an increased cap will make things easier for you since you won’t have to open resource boxes often from your backpack.

Remember that your current warehouse level will depend on your HQ level. Upgrading this facility is important so try to match it to your headquarters often. Aside from the increased cap of holding resources and protection, this facility doesn’t do anything else so you can place it somewhere far in your settlement. The upgrades for this facility are shown on the table below:

    Level Storage Protection Battle Power
    1 5.0K 159

Collecting your resources and protecting them are very important in State of Survival. Having increased facility upgrades not only provides you with increased resource production, limit, and protection, but you’ll greatly benefit from the Battle Power that you can achieve for having these.

Your settlement can get attacks from different players as well as the infected, so having upgrades are needed.
