How events work in State of Survival
State of Survival Guide
For a game about surviving the Zombie apocalypse, State of Survival is able to provide players with a lot of events to participate in. Whether be it solo event efforts, or alliance related content, you’ll be able to choose some according to your liking. So how do events work in State of Survival?
Due to the different types of events that are available, they are provided through a schedule. When starting in the game, you’ll be clearing your settlement in order to get facilities. One of the first facilities is the Events Billboard, which gives you a shortcut to different menus in the game that can provide rewards. One of which, are the ongoing events. A banner can also rotate on the upper right that can bring you to the events billboard.
Types of Events
Aside from your Top-Up events or the purchasing type, the events billboard can show you the list of ongoing events available. They are divided into three specific categories:Contest: These are events that have challenges in mind that can let you compete with other players. This can cover events where you’ll have to participate in battling other alliances, or this can also cover events where you compete with other players through a ranking system with a corresponding leaderboard.
Festival: These are events that are special in terms of their release since they can fit a theme, and they won’t be available at any other time of the year. For example, you can find Halloween related events, thanksgiving, and other holidays here.
Classic: These are events that rotate each week, and you can have certain events repeating depending on the time of the month. If you have been playing State of Survival for a while, you’ll notice that classic events will come and go, but they are staple events that you can participate in.
Checking the Calendar
There’s a tab above that will show you the calendar of ongoing events. In State of Survival, these are done on a weekly basis where the week starts on Sunday, and it will end on Saturday. You can press the arrow to extend the calendar to the following week, so you’ll have a clearer picture of the schedule.Since there are different types of events, they have their own corresponding duration as well which can be seen on the graph. Sometimes, not all events are listed on the calendar, so make sure to check the recommended section.
Banner Events
There are some events that will appear as banners on the upper right side of the screen. Usually, these are sale events, but you can also get types such as sign-ins where you claim rewards each day, there are also static events such as Locate Jane which will only run for 7 days once you have begun, and you won’t be able to access it anymore once it’s over. Always check ongoing events through the banners, and the billboard so you won’t miss out!Since there are some events that rotate every so often, we’ll be having dedicated pages for them in our guide. Please check our events section on the right-hand side to see the different kinds of events that can occur in the game. If you have anything to add please let us know below.
